Each player is permitted to hold one active adc365 account only. Maintaining duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or unintentionally — is a breach of these Terms. If adc365 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual (by device, IP address, payment method, identity document, or other matching criteria), it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts, and to void any associated balances or pending withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to periodic adjustment by adc365.
Deposits made via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your adc365 account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to process depending on the sending institution. adc365 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider or financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the adc365 payments team within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically transferred to your nominated payment method within one to three business days. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses), time limits, and maximum bet restrictions will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
adc365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close an account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any of the following: claiming a welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts; systematically exploiting bonus terms through low-risk staking strategies; providing false information to qualify for a promotion; or coordinating with other players to take advantage of promotional offers. adc365's determination of promotional abuse is final.
All bonuses credited to an adc365 account carry an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on the adc365 Platform are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of adc365. adc365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason, including but not limited to situations where a technical error has occurred, where odds were incorrectly published, or where the Platform has reason to suspect the integrity of an event.
In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are offered subject to availability. In-play bets are accepted only while the relevant market is open. adc365 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is subject to a void ruling under these Terms.
A bet may be declared void by adc365 in circumstances including but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event; the publication of manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error; the discovery that the event result was subject to manipulation; or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0, and the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

adc365 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and balances, and to report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
All content on the adc365 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name adc365, the logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, written content, software, and game assets supplied by third-party studios, is the intellectual property of adc365 or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the adc365 Platform without express prior written consent from adc365.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adc365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
adc365 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur, and adc365 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where possible.
adc365's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their adc365 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your adc365 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. A verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
adc365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; the player's account shows activity that adc365 reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or to involve money laundering; the player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or adc365 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Upon termination of an account, the player's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.

In the event of any dispute between you and adc365 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, you should contact the adc365 support team in the first instance. adc365 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
adc365's records, including transaction logs, account activity records, and communications, shall constitute conclusive evidence of the matters to which they relate unless there is a manifest error.
